Executive Jet Management (EJM) is a leader in aircraft management and private jet charter programs. EJM provides their clients access to 800+ vetted private charters and makes it easy to manage regulations, operations, billing, schedules, and maintenance, so clients can fly with peace of mind.
EJM had decades of history - and years worth of content on their website, that was increasingly becoming difficult to navigate. They also had a huge amount of data about flights, planes, customers, and schedules in Salesforce.

EJM was ready to revamp their website to showcase their luxury services and leadership in the aviation industry.
Following a content management and website audit, we established a Salesforce implementation plan, solidified the refreshed design direction, and migrated massive amounts of content to the new Salesforce Experience Cloud website.
We integrated EJM's booking system to keep the employee learning curve to a minimum and enable customers to book charters directly through the website.
